As the snow begins….
We’ll be open today until at least 3 o’clock for any pre-snow last minute yarn-fixes. I’ll be trying to open at 11 as well, but I’ve got an appointment that might make me a little later than 11. If you are coming before Noon or after 3, please call first to make sure we are still open. Be safe and let it snow!
Brrrr….December Pattern of the month!

This is a great pattern for this time of year. Felted slippers for everysize from Child’s small to Men’s Large can be made to keep you and all those you love super warm. These slippers knit up quick…a couple of movie’s worth of knitting and you’re done! Instructions for an optional felting insert are included if you want to make them extra cushy on the feet. It uses 1-2 balls of Cascade Pastaza or Louet Riverstone Chunky and a small amount of washable worsted/aran wool. This pattern is free through the month of December (or while yarn supplies last) with the purchase of suggested yarn, which is 2 balls Cascade Pastaza or Louet Riverstone.
